Ask It! Q&A Support: Summer Hours

We offer group Q&A sessions providing Canvas, accessibility, edtech, and course design support to faculty creating course content.

Hours for July 7 - 30

  • Mondays & Thursdays: 1:30 PM -- 3:00 PM
  • Tuesdays & Wednesdays: 10:30 AM -- 12:00 PM

Make an Appointment

Meet individually with DE​ personnel to answer questions, brainstorm new ideas, learn new tools, and build course content. Click on the link below to see available days/times for each DE Team member. See the bottom of the page for directions on how to book an appointment.  NOTE: Due to summer scheduling, there may be fewer 1:1 appointments available. See the Ask It! schedule above.

Appointment Registration Instructions

  • Sign in to your district email.
  • Click on the appointment link above.
  • Select the DE Team member who can answer your questions.
    • Select from the available days and times:
      • Use arrows to review future dates.
      • If a session has already started, you will not be able to register.
  • Enter the requested registration information, such as name, email, and primary college.
  • Check your district email for a calendar invite with a Zoom link.
