Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee - Measure C

A Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) keeps the public informed about how Measure C proceeds are used through annual reports to the Riverside Community College District Board of Trustees and the public.​​

The Committee is charged with reviewing Measure C expenditure reports and informing the public about the District's expenditure of b​ond proceeds. ​​​

There are 5 ​upcoming vacancies on the Committee:

      • Business Community

      • RCCD Student Representative

      • Tax-Payers Association

      • 1 Community Member At-Large 

      • College Advisory Organization
