Health & Welfare Benefits

The District provides health and welfare benefits to all full-time and permanent part-time employees (20 hours or more) and their dependents. Those employees working less than full-time will receive a pro-rata share of the benefit package. Employees in positions less than 20 hours per week are not eligible to participate in health and welfare benefits.

Associate Faculty​
Associate Faculty who met eligibility criteria may enroll themselves and their legal dependents into one of the Riverside Community College District’s HMO plans. To learn more, please go to Associate Faculty site.

RCCD Retiree Benefits
The Board of Trustees of the Riverside Community College District, recognizing the value of continuity of service in the District by its employees, shall provide for retirees (certificated/academic, classified, management) who qualify, District paid medical insurance after retirement and until the retiree reaches age 65.
