Project Leadership

The Project Nexus Team includes representatives from across all of our campuses who are serve as subject matter experts for their respective areas to ensure that our new systems are configured to support the needs of our RCCD community. In addition to their day to day responsibilities, this team joins additional project related meetings, tests configurations and provides examples of our business processes, documentation and process improvement recommendations to our Anthology implementation team. We are grateful to this group of individuals for their time and effort to support this important initiative.
