Public Records Request
In accordance with the California Public Records Act (“Act”), Government Code §7920.000
et. seq., the Riverside Community College District (RCCD) provides access to public
records, except those exempt from disclosure by law. Under the Act you are entitled
to copies of identifiable, non-exempt public records (Government Code §7922.530).
Please note that the Act requires RCCD to provide access to, or copies of, records
responsive to your request that are in its possession, subject to certain exceptions.
The Act does not require RCCD to provide information, answer questions, or create
records that do not exist.
To request records maintained at RCCD, please complete the records request form below or submit the request via email.
