Welcome to the Business and Financial Services Department (BFS) for the Riverside
Community College District (RCCD). The Business and Financial Services division oversees
Accounting, Administrative Services, Finance, Purchasing, Risk Management, Safety
& Police and Facilities Planning and Development. Staff works closely with the colleges
to make sure that local businesses are aware of contracting opportunities with the
District, vendors get paid on time, and goods and services meet the needs of academic
programs, students, faculty and staff.
