As a manager to the District, we would like invite you to be part of our RCCD Management Leadership Association. We are an Association that takes its role seriously. The Association President, Past President, and President Elect meet regularly with the Chancellor to discuss current and future issues that affect and potentially impact all managers. The MLA meetings and retreats provide a venue for managers to network, voice opinions, and offer suggestions. We continue our development as a body and strive to proactively put training and critical issues at the forefront for managers. To continue our evolution as a meaningful and influential association within the District, we need you to get involved and remain involved in the MLA. Be informed, get connected, further develop as a professional, and let your voice be heard.
