Report Unlawful Harassment, Discrimination or Retaliation Based on Protected Status
Riverside Community College District does not discriminate on the basis of protected statuses which include:

Both state and federal anti-discrimination laws as well as District policies and procedures prohibit retaliation against individuals who report or oppose discrimination or harassment, including those who provide statements, or assist or participate in any way in an administrative investigation into complaints of this nature.

Report Title IX Sexual Harassment (Sexual Misconduct)
Under the new federal guidelines, Title IX defines sexual harassment as conduct based on sex that satisfies one or more of the following:
- An employee of the recipient [RCCD] conditioning the provision of an aid, benefit, or service of the recipient [RCCD] on an individual's participation in unwelcomed sexual conduct;
- Unwelcome conduct determined by a reasonable person to be so severe, pervasive, and objectionably offensive that it effectively denies a person equal access to the recipient's education program or activity; or
- “Sexual assault" as defined in in 20 U.S.C. 1092(f)(6)(A)(v) , “dating violence" as defined in 34 U.S.C. 12291(a)(10) , “domestic violence" as defined in 34 U.S.C. 12291(a)(8) , or “stalking" as defined in 34 U.S.C. 12291(a)(30)
