Institutional support and training is provided on a continuous basis for enhancements on scheduling to achieve a balance between growth and efficiency.
Instititional Data and Reporting
The office of Institutional Reporting and Academic Services facilitates state reporting and ad-hoc Internal Reporting. The office maintains a data repository of critical data elements to facilitate institutional research, analysis and decision making.
The office also works closely with all service areas in terms of reporting activities for categorical allocations and supplement enhancement of work flows.
This is a master data set that provides critical information for program review, research, enrollment management, potential FTES and other attributes on the course sections. The Static version enclosed herewith is periodically updated at various key reporting periods of P1, P2 and P3.
The dynamic version is available on desk tops for the administrators to facilitate enrollment management. The dynamic version is updated every day based on enrollment activity.
The Fact Books are published every year to inform on key
indicators across the District and for each college.
