Non-Instructional Course Request
Staff can request the creation of a new Canvas course shell for non-instructional purposes. Examples of non-instructional purposes might include public information pages, departmental collaboration pages, or student resources.​

General Assistance
Staff ​can request general assistance with technical issues in Canvas or with online instruction.

Software Request Forms
The District has made Camtasia and Snagit licenses available to all RCCD faculty and staff.

If assistance is needed with district computers or laptops, email helpdesk@rccd.edu, call the helpdesk at 951-222-8388, or log in to https://servicedesk.rccd.edu/ to submit a work order. For assistance on a personal home computer submit a ticket directly to TechSmith Support. The RCCD HelpDesk can only assist with installation on district-owned devices. In addition, faculty are invited to contact our District Distance Education Support Specialist and our Accessible Technology and Media Coordinators for support.
