Facilities Development Projects
Riverside Community College District Facilities Planning and Development (FPD) supports the educational mission of the District and its three Colleges- Moreno Valley, Norco and Riverside City through advanced planning and development of facilities, standards, infrastructure and resources that promotes a learning environment by providing safe, sustainable and high-quality campuses. College facilities development projects are based on educational needs for each respective colleges.
Measure C Projects
Measure C Quality Colleges Delivered
Voters approved Measure C in March 2004 to finance much-needed projects to accommodate the growing number of students in the Riverside Community College District. Proceeds from the bond were designated to help pay for the acquisition, construction, improvement, and renovation of various college facilities as outlined in the ballot measure.
Looking to the Future
Measure C has been committed and there is more left to do to address the District educational mission at Moreno Valley College, Norco College and Riverside City College.
