Public Records Request
Under the California Public Record Act certain public records are available from the Riverside Community College District (RCCD). To request records maintained at RCCD, please complete the records request form or submit the request via email to email@example.com.
Requests for inspection or copying of public records:
- Must be specific and focused. Please note requests too general in nature, i.e. all files relating to, etc., may result in delay pending further identification of the records.
- May not interfere with the business operations of RCCD.
- For purposes of clarity, RCCD encourages written requests.
Upon request for a copy or inspection of records, RCCD shall, within 10 days from receipt of the request, determine whether the request, in whole or in part, will be made available and shall promptly notify the person making the request of the determination and the reasons therefore. In certain circumstances, the time limit prescribed in this section may be extended by written notice to the person making the request, setting forth the reasons for the extension and the date on which a determination is expected to be dispatched.
