Financial Aid Makes College Affordable

Even though California community college enrollment fees are a bargain, we know that many of our students struggle financially.

Financial hardship is the main reason why community college students leave school. That is why it is so important for all students to apply for financial aid even if they don't believe they qualify.

Our Student Financial Services Department is here to assist you in finding the resources you need to be a successful student and to achieve your educational goals.

Finanancial aid consists of loans, grants, work-study programs, fee waivers and scholarships to help you cover your educational expenses.

But in order to receive any financial assistance, you must fill out and submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).  The RCCD School Code is 001270.  Student Financial Services offers free workshops to assist students in completing their FAFSA.
