Riverside Community College District Mission Statement
Riverside Community College District is dedicated to the success of its students and to the development of the communities it serves. By facilitating its Colleges and learning centers to provide educational and student services, it meets the needs and expectations of its unique communities of learners. The District provides the Colleges with leadership in the areas of advocacy, resource stewardship, and planning.
Business and Financial Services
RCCD's Administration and Finance division oversees accounting services, budget, finance, payroll and auxiliary business services.
Human Resources and Employee Relations
Riverside Community College District’s office of Human Resources & Employee Relations is responsible for recruiting, developing and retaining qualified employees who reflect the diversity of the communities we serve.
District Educational Services provides leadership, and support services to all three colleges and all other instructional sites within the District.
Facilities Planning & Development
The Facilities Planning and Development office is responsible for overseeing all major Capital construction projects within the Riverside Community College District including: master planning and land acquisition; planning and building new facilities, and additions or renovations to existing or new college campuses.
Grant funding is crucial to RCCD and the three colleges' efforts to enhance the learning environment because it helps pay for new programs that the district otherwise might not be able to afford.
Strategic Communications and Institutional Advancement
The Office of Strategic Communications and Institutional Advancement serves the Riverside Community College District by effectively communicating and marketing our mission, programs and events to the college community and the public.
